Some days are easy, some days are okay and some days we don’t even want to talk about let alone remember.
And thats OKAY! It’s okay to have bad days. It’s okay to have days where you can’t seem to pull yourself together.
It’s okay if all you can do is the bare minimum because inside you feel like your losing it.
There’s nothing wrong with you. Your not broken. Your not a bad mom. Your you! And you are only human!

It might be a taboo subject but we hope to bring light to it and your dark days. We are here to let you know it’s okay. Your going to be okay. Your kids are going to be okay!
