Keto Peanut Butter Chocolate Smoothie

Hello keto desserts! I’m about to start going to town creating all different yummy treats for all of us keto doers. I’ve seen some keto recipes that look yummy but they always end up being about 9 bet carbs each and that’s just a bit much for a dessert for me. I want to enjoy my dessert but not have it count for an entire meal. So keep an eye out as I share all the yummy treats this year.

For today’s recipe I’m sharing my Keto peanut butter chocolate smoothie recipe that is only 3.5 net carbs. You can adjust your chocolate or sweetness with out affecting the carbs as long as you use unsweetened cocoa mix and keto friendly sweetner. These measurements are exactly how I like mine so try these first and then tweak after for your own liking.

So onto this yummy keto recipe you’ll want to enjoy daily!

  • 1/3 cup Heavy whipping cream (0 carb kind)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (I ALWAYS do vanilla over plain, I can’t do plain… I’m to much of a dairy + milk lover over )
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Peanut butter (creamy)
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1 tbsp sweetener (I use stevia, add an extra tbsp if you like extra… extra sweetness)
  • 4-5 ice cubes (for thickness… not needed, I don’t add ice to mine unless I want a fuller cup)
  • Whipping cream (0 sugar kind)

Using the measurements about your cup will be 3.5 net carbs. So adjust you carb count if you tweak the recipe.

  1. Throw all the ingredients into your blender and go to town on blending.
  2. If you want it thinner then omit the ice cubes.
  3. With a spatula scrape down the sides of your blender and blend again (to make sure your cocoa powder is fully mixed in)
  4. Pour into your cup and top with your 0 carb whipped cream.

I hope you love it as much as I do and it curbs your sweet tooth without kicking you out of ketosis. Be sure to subscribe so I can keep you updated when I share more keto recipes.

Until next time. Live a life you love.

Xo Jessica!
