It takes a village… or at least that’s what they say. But not everyone gets that luxury. Some of us are doing to solo or as a party of two. And it’s kinda hard.⠀
I mean raising kids isn’t suppose to be easy. But it’s even harder when your in situations that you have to choose between which kids gets what.
Being a party of two means one of us works and the other can’t be in two places at once. So we often miss chaperone opportunities or school events. Because siblings usually aren’t always allowed to attend.⠀
A couple of times we actually thought I’d be giving birth solo because it felt almost impossible to find help to watch our kids for when I went into labor. (We didn’t want to subject them to mommy being in pain and crying.)
So for all you mamas out there running the village… know your not alone and I see you! I feel you! I am you! And we are doing awesome! It’s the moments we do get to be a part of that matter! ⠀
Check each one of our stories out as you never know when one you will find relatable.
