If you’ve been here for a while then you know we love food and we love to theme our food around whatever holiday is coming up. Which happens to be St. Patricks Day so of course we had to put together an all green charcuterie board. My kids really love helping me out these together… or more like really enjoy snacking on everything while we are building them.
We kept ours to things we like as a family to make sure it was all ate and nothing was wasted. So use my list of items below as more of a guide and be sure to pick out things your family will enjoy. As far as dips go. You don’t have to do anything green if you don’t like it. Just use some green food coloring to make it cute. My kids loved this part. When our ranch ran low and we refilled it they still wanted to add more food coloring to make it match. Because that’s the point on doing it themed right. To have fun and enjoy it too.
Now let’s get to what we put on ours and how we put it together.

Items Needed:
- Guacamole Dip
- Ranch Dip + Green Food Coloring
- Pickle spears
- Bread and butter pickle chips
- Green bell peppers
- Celery
- Cucumbera
- Snap peas
- Broccoli
- Avocado tortilla chips (or any green chip)
Directions
- Star by placing your dip bowls on your cutting board.
- Start stacking your other green items around your bowls.
- Keep filling until completely full.
- Enjoy!

I hope you enjoy making this fun all things green charcuterie board for St. Patricks day and especially soak up the hes thing eating your kids will be doing. I mean besides the ranch but we love to dip our veggies so it was a must for us.
Until next time, live a life you love!
